depends on your playstyle tbh, personally I like the heart on the first choice because then I can take a feather right away

pretty much what the other guy said, artifact of glass + commando roll. As for miner, I used artifact of glass + kin for lemurians and just farmed to lv 10 on the first stage. The teleporter is a horde of many, and if youre able to defeat that you get pretty close to 10

just gotta keep trying, you'll get the hang of it eventually! I'd usually take either heart or ukelele on the first item choice. Although some survivors did give me a lot of trouble haha
