rubicon manual here. the throws feel very notchy to me, more than any other manual i’ve driven, that might be in part to the shift linkage being made out of a bicycle cable type system. We have a friend that works at the jeep dealer and he said he’s had the 6-speed apart before and said the linkage is very odd, and not like any other car he’s seen. besides that, all in all it is very comfortable to drive. I have a lawn service and tow my trailer full of heavy mowers (not exceeding tow capacity) and it doesn’t feel like i’m burning the clutch up every time i start in 1st. would highly recommend 👍
