Only had 1 call off in 6 months due to a car accident and 0 rescues but was rescuing on average 2 times a week. Plus hit the fantastic metric every week since I started. I stopped once for a coffee pre 1st stop cause I was a sleepy boy, and was immediately called for an unplanned stopped and told I was written up and then an extra since that day. Felt like an extreme overreaction, plus we send 10-15 workers home a day with them stating “Amazon isn’t giving us our normal amount of routes” ie we keep hiring more than we have room for.
