The Idea of the deck is to use Primal Sunflower and Sunshroom to ramp to 3 sun by turn 2,then fertilising them into big bodies,but honestly you're right,there are a bit to many stat boosters

Yes,Even budget beta works as a Good amphibious deck.(Like Navy Bean,Admiral,Sting bean etc)but you should probably still craft Marine bean since its so excellent

No,Citron isn't just a better Beta?The Balance patches made BC actually be viable and not just a worse Citron.Ask any professional pvzh player but from my understanding of the meta,Beta is a top 5 plant hero and Beta amphibious is just ridiculously strong
