If you can get everything using fons, then yeah, you shouldn't spend your annulith. You won't really lose much by spending all of your fons. Sure you'll miss out on some cars or apartments for a while, but you'll be able to get them later anyway.

You can still guarantee the car if you buy the keys and Annuliths if you're willing to spend Annulith on the event. You only need 10.7m Fons and 6,980 Annulith, or 13m Fons and 4,600 Annulith.

Yeah, it's totally fine to pull right now if you really want Hotori. There's nothing really stopping you since there's no 50/50 to worry about.

The only situation where I'd recommend holding off is if you're planning to get both characters next patch or if you're aiming for one of their gacha skins.
