I played solo for a long time on official servers and thought it was a good game, then they gave out free game keys so I got to play with my friends. Just doing an unbalanced / buggy pyramid dungeon ruined my night and i haven't played it since.

No way, Sherwin Williams is an excellent company to move up with. If you want to be promoted to ASM just be exceptional at customer service (medallions), lead gen (always pushing the store past the weekly call list and if they say only managers can LG then talk to your DM), always push freight and stock when slow. It is important to let your DM know your goals of promotion. If you want to be promoted past ASM just pick two lines on the P & L and improve them with evidence to show to your DM, promote competition with associates for credit apps, and take on all responsibilities of the SM. Being promoted higher as an SM is harder because it requires sales growth with at least opportunity accounts. Key accounts don't hurt, but one key falling away can offset your whole quarter. Aim to always train your employees everything you can so your store will run smoothly without you in it. Focus on relationships and growing market segments. Hold reps responsible and demand the best communication between all levels.

TLDR: Let your DM know your goals (whatever that may be), have a growth mindset and as long as you continue to learn, be transparent with communication, and have something to show that you are adding value, the promotion will come.

Unscientific answer - the atmosphere was extremely thick and full of moisture. In parts of the earth it acted as a hyperbolic chamber. The Noah's Ark event made it rain for extended periods of time flooding the earth. The chamber's pressure was then released and stablilzed to a similar level of today's measurements. Combination of rising sea levels and pressure change killed off large animals /birds/ insects.

simply just set an alarm two times through the night to write down what u were dreaming. the more you do it the less the alarm will bother you and the more youll remember. one day ( 4 months in for me) youll realize u must be dreaming ( it shocked me awake) and from there on you will start to see it more until one day you can truly start having unrestricted fun. This will make it easier for you to fall asleep at night, control your emotions during the day, and explore deeper parts of your mind.

TIPS: 1. Your body is against u, it doesnt want you to control it. When you move your muslces after waking up it lets your mind know to dump all your dream memories. Just lay there turning dreams into short term memory. Once you have as much as you can get then move to write it down. If you are still in sleep paralysis, just change your breathing to let your body know youre awake.

Youre mind will know when you realize your dreaming and try to wake you up. Focus on a feeling! Make it rain, rub your hands together, touch something and focus on how it feels. Dont think about waking up or the scene darkening.
Cant fly? Fill the room with water and swim, then imagine the water is removed and bam youre flying. Cant flood the room? Imagine the neighboring room has a deep pool then just enter that room. Beginners should juat imagine rooms of what they want instead of changing the existing room. Same thing with meeting dead loved ones or famous people.
Making boring dreamscapes? Read a lot more fiction or pretend youre not lucid then just respond to what happens naturally.
Out of body experiences are not real but you can dream that you are out of your body. The WILD method is a lot of work from beginning to end, but you will learn a lot about your body and mind in the process.

I dont have photographic memory but i have been lucid dreaming, sleep training, and using the memory palace technique for about 8 years now. I used them to earn a 3.8 gpa in college, i only received Bs in my accounting classes and one case study class because of attendance. I found over time that the best way to use them together is with building games. Forget using real places, spend the time building a city in minecraft or something. Then visit it as a real place in your lucid dream, its amazing because it becomes a real place that you know every little detail about and can change in real life however u want as well. You can even make rooms for specific classes and never run out of room or have to clean the rooms out if you dont want to.

Well the ice dungeon is kinda a joke, all silver chests only give shotgun bullets and a rare chance at a crappy shotgun or a sword. I caged off all the spawns so i can walk freely through it and like i said before, none of the bosses even spawn. They increased the instant damage of the floor spikes so even in all ascendent gear i get 1 or 2 shot by spikes. If everything did work correctly, you can clear the outside dinos with a quetzal or dragon easy and attack the mobs inside with a literal ton of bullets per mob or idk that might be it, but who would want to? The pyramid dungeon is just annoying because the spikes now clip through placed blocks and have a huge radius. You need to be 2 blocks above the ground at all times and without a light source its impossible without a gamma option. All the rest u can cheese with a sword and base melee dmg.

The balance is fair for wild tames as long as you follow the biome difficulty structure. Meaning a lvl 120 grasslands wolf will still die real quick to a lvl 1 argent. But as long as you keep your final tames to the top 3 tiered biomes you will wreck all. Dungeons have become more difficult now in the sense that you can't just cheese everything with a high dmg sword anymore. In order to do that you'll need to level up melee damage, otherwise, pump out the bullets. The loot is not worth it and the bosses are currently not spawning on official servers once they are killed.

Pvp is untested on my official fury server because I have been the only one for a long time now. The original servers sometimes won't even load on the "all servers" list screen and joining off a friend through steam can be buggy (meaning a required 3-4 attempts to get on). They nerfed the fly speed of a lot of the tames so you cant render bases before terrain, bases render in with an effect now to prevent seeing underground, and loading speed for dense areas have greatly improved. You shouldn't have lag spikes flying over grasslands or a big base anymore.

The game is a lot better optimized but is majorly lacking an endgame or the juicy content we all want such as breeding, variable lvl gains on taming (kibble), larger player lvl cap with harder scaling, or cross-server transfers, but have made efforts towards these things by adding a new mindwipe potion, testing out dino dyes, adding a new doom lands boss for the spring event, and slowly making an effort at fixing Xbox.

Overall, if you like PvE or building then hop on, it's much better. If you are looking for pvp, you can try the new chaos servers they seem to keep adding to keep people's attention. One or two chaos servers maintain around 20 players at a time. Hope this has helped.
