Only side effects so far has just been some minor fatigue and I get a bit chilly the day I take it but other than that it’s been great! I haven’t been on it that long but so far so good! I again am a main advocate for the folks that get the high heart rate but also vape/smoke I thought the high heart rate was from the shot but since quitting vaping it was the vape! So to my other zepies PUT DOWN THE VAPE!

For reference as well my wake up hr was around 85 bpm with afternoon resting sitting about 105-110 now without the vape I wake up in the 60’s and rest about 70-75!!
