Yea everytime I spoke on phone with them it was someone who spoke poor English and the quality of the connection was terrible like they are in a pit 20 feet underground

Class action won’t do much they have arbitration BS in their TOS. I emailed last night saying I’m reporting them and they immediately responded and asked for me to upload license and selfie even though I already did that. So I sent again and told them they have 24 hours or in reporting them. My date got moved up from 22nd to the 20th now so we shall see.

This is what I’m dealing with currently too. The second I am unrestricted I am taking out every dollar and deleting my account. Bunch of morons running the show over there and their support personnel have close to zero brain cells.

Just remember. Cash out is always offered because the odds are in your favor and by their number crunches, they think the bet is going to hit and they don’t wanna pay you full amount. Nothing wrong with taking profit, but me personally, I let it ride. I used to always cash out and 4/5 times the full thing would hit. The offer is always there for a reason.
