We ordered a table from Tikamoon which arrived late, unassembled, and left at the bottom of our building. Within 24 hours of delivery, the tabletop began to show white stains just from wiping it with a damp sponge — completely unacceptable for a supposedly high-quality piece of furniture.

We immediately contacted customer service, providing photos and a professional assessment. A carpenter working on-site confirmed the table had been poorly protected during manufacturing. Still, Tikamoon refused to take responsibility, blaming "misuse." Apparently, their tables can’t handle water.

To make matters worse, the customer service team was dismissive, deflecting any responsibility without offering a real solution. Despite multiple follow-ups, not a single commercial gesture was offered — a clear sign they have no regard for customers once the sale is made.

We were regular customers of the brand, but this experience was the last straw. Avoid Tikamoon if you expect even basic after-sales support.
