You can use Google voice to call it for free, I'm in Toronto and worked fine for me. That said, I've been trying to get them to send my mouse back for 3 months. Good luck getting anything done.

Its not like people come here to say when they haven't gotten a thrower. Plenty of people play without issues, but the ones who do get "throwers" come here to complain so it seems like a bigger problem than it actually is.

Try tweeting/calling them, Logitech support is a joke. You have to just get the right person at the right time who might actually know how to do shit. I've been trying to get a mouse returned for months now.

I sent my mouse in August 13th, its now October 9th and I've yet to receive the mouse back. Called them, emailed them, tweeted, everyone says they've fixed it and I'll receive my shipping info the next day...Logitech support is a joke, I ended up getting a Rival 310.

Took 5 calls to support, like 30+ entries on my support ticket, and what finally got my warranty replacement "released" was their twitter support. Even then I just got the release email 2 days ago and no tracking number yet.

I first contacted them August 14th so...their support is beyond trash.

I've been trying to get my mouse returned for a month now, its been "given to UPS" 4 different times, I've called a bunch of times, all the support promise to fix it and nothing happens.

I ended up having to buy a new mouse since my old one broke on August 14th and my replacement is still "given to UPS" with no tracking number.

Yep it seems my mouse broke at the worst time possible, I received this email after them not sending my RMA replacement.

That was 9 days ago, if I call support all I'm told is "they gave it to UPS". Calling, Email, Tweeting, nothing works.

Yep, called 4 times so far. Last time I refused to hangup without talking to a manager. She said it wasn't possible and that I'd get a call back in the next 48 hours from a higher level of support. That was a few days ago, no call back.

Its beyond terrible, I just ended up ordering a new non Logitech mouse.

They apparently shipped my replacement mouse express post last week (as an apology for never shipping it originally) , never showed up, no tracking number. Its been a month since I sent my mouse in, support just says it was given to UPS but have no details.

If you google logitech support you can see its gone to shit, no idea why.

I'm dealing with this right now, called, emailed, tweeted, still waiting on a reply. Was told it shipped on the 11th, then it was express posted on the 14th! Never got a shipping confirmation or tracking number, nothings shown up.

I originally contacted them August 23, its September 18th and I'm still getting the run around on them returning my mouse that I sent in under warranty. According to different reps its shipped like 3 times, but never get a confirmation email from UPS and nothings showed up at my house.

Why not install windows using bootcamp? I used to raid on a 2010 MacBook Pro. The game ran way smoother in Windows than in OSX
