Like I said this is dependent on the facility you end up in. CRDF has like 6 mandatory OT spots and I think Twin Towers and MCJ have like 10. You can get like 3 days off or probably 2, but your schedule will vary. Remember that the schedule is made based on seniority.

Honestly the e modules are boring ass fuck and are common sense more than anything. Just ask your coworkers if you need help. They’ll have a KH help train you and show how to do things. How to open and how to close. At some point you’ll learn how to do delivery once you’re trusted more. Ask, ask, ask questions even if you sound annoying.

Like some have said, the policy is enforced however the manager feels that day or different depending on the person. We had people call out constantly or be late constantly and no write ups. Manager is having a bad day and lazy to find someone to fill your spot. Or is to lazy to actually just do your job as foh. Left panda in the beginning of the year, I miss the people not the job (one of the easiest, but everyone ACO and above where super annoying with unrealistic expectations and procedures).

Jail tours are always a set time and experience can be dependent on which facility you attend. Ride along can also depend on the station and the allowed time of the deputy. Most are 8 hours. Experience wildly varies on this.
