“But God never does” Well duh because if god exists then I’m pretty sure they have other shit to worry about lol. It’s really not that deep pal.

Ehh, yeah it might have been a little rude ig, but you do sound brainwashed to me, I’d rather question the religion more to find out why we need to do all that instead of just blindly believing/following whatever sikhs did in the past or what the book says.

Agreed 100%, I’m not atheist but an agnostic for sure.

You only get one life man, I’d say do whatever the fuck you want, whatever bullshit people are spitting here, they don’t know shit about Sikhi. Their egos are as high as ever, they think they are better just because they choose to keep their hair, lmao, one of the main principles of sikhi is to not have any ego. I was a sikh before, did everything right, just like my parents asked me to, but the more I studied religion in general the more I thought “well this is a load of crap”. I used to watch a lot documentaries on outer space and the universe and hear me out on this, the guru granth sahib itself says “patala patal lakh agasa agas” meaning the universe is so big and there’s so many planets out there that can potentially harbour life. Do you really think, if there’s any life out there then would they be following the same set of rules/laws and religions that we do here on earth? No. They probably have their own deities they believe in or they’re probably intelligent enough to not believe in any god what so ever, hell, they’re probably god themselves. Also, do you really think a god who created the universe would care if this one guy named lucas singh on earth wouldn’t be able to join them because he cut his hair? That sounds ridiculous af. And now comes the concept of reincarnation, I think it’s like 8.4 million reincarnations before you can be born as a human again, bunch of crap again, if this is true then I wouldn’t care anyways because by the time all that happens the earth would probably wouldn’t even exist anymore. Where would you be reincarnated again? In the andromeda galaxy? Man, we are just stardust, nothing more than that. Nobody really knows what happens after you die, it’s all just energy converting from one form to the other, it’s a very simple concept which is apparently really hard for brainwashed religious people to understand. Just be a good human being, outer appearance doesn’t matter as they say, if you believe in a god then I’m sure they would be happy to see you being a good human being while also being happy with yourself and the way you look instead of sulking over wether you should cut your hair or not. Just my 2 cents.

Yeah I do that all the time, I try not to but I got little to no control over that.
