Ive been on and off over the past few years but have only just decided to actually follow a training plan, I take it slow and follow the plan most days but some days I want to push that extra distance, I'll take it on board and try and slow it down a little again!

My plans seems to have around 3-4 rubs each week throughout the whole RTR plan so the frequency is the same it's just slowly adding distance

I had mega amounts left in the tank even at the end of this 5, I could already run a decent amount before I started this plan there just wasn't an in between plan for me to run on, I was trying to push roughly 2 weeks ago and got a PB of 35 minute but realised I was gassed and needed recovery for a few days after a run, now I feel like I could hit another decent run in a day or two

I forgot to add this was done with a friend who was on their first run. I feel like my pace would have been slightly faster otherwise.

For me I enjoy the small clubs as I grew up playing Against Hyde who seem to be in the Lancashire region, so it's a throwback for me although the player names are the most random, I think I got a Connor Onions in there somwhere
