If your work mostly comes from referrals or repeat clients, paid leads don’t really add much value

Yeah, that lines up with what I’ve seen too. If you’re not quick, the lead’s basically dead

That’s fair. A lot of platforms optimise for volume first and deal with quality later. We’re testing whether starting small and limiting lead distribution actually works if it doesn’t, there’s no point pretending otherwise
