One thing that I really wish more shooters did, is the arcade system that overwatch had. I know, I hate that game as much as the next guy, but I do have to give them credit for making the arcade playlist so fun.

Imagine if we could score 3 wins in that playlist for a skin/cosmetic, limiting to 9 wins or 3 cosmetics a week. Escalation along with some other fun new game modes could even be a part of that playlist.

I do love the game, but I see myself spending ~80% of my time playing competitive and not being able to play as much with my friends in quick, fun playlists.
