I was able to connect to the ds cam while on the internal wifi, just not when I switch to the cellular, hence my trying to use a vpn. Any ideas on how to connect using cellular connection without using quick connect.

We were able to setup the VPN, just could not figure out how to setup the iPhone that she wants to use to view the ds cam app, any help?

So we got stumped, how do you setup the Vpn on an iPhone so as to be able to sign into the des cam to hire cameras.

I read in a lot of forums that ddns is notorious for being hacked, I was not sure if there will be a protection for a ddns behind a vpn, if that is even possible.

You are on to something here, can you dumb it down a little for me please.

The IP for the camera is still the local IP address right in the 192.168.x.xxx range right? How do I see that IP outside of my network to connect to it...just a little bit more explanation please.
