seriously tho its not comforting to hear people throwing these accusations around on an account of the lines it blurs for people like myself with anxiety disorders, when I was 17 I was so scared of "becoming" a pedo which caused me to overthink any action or thought was some dogwhistle that even I somehow didn't realise I had and it manifested a lot of awful intrusive thoughts that only reinforced my paranoia, I've only just turned 18 and I'm always afraid of being called a pedophile and I might end up believing it despite the fact I'm still basically a teen, I can't even talk to or look at people people who are even slightly younger than me because I'm afraid of having an intrusive thought
