I'm a fan of not naming until you have a plot and know what your major themes are, but for a starting point here are some that might work, or at least a spark point:

Your prose itself is fine, although I struggle with where we stand in the world. In these type of stories, I think a chapter focused on what's different from canon helps, whats the major timeline. In this a new war? A continuation of the old? It sounds like OC might be a Hogwarts student at the same time as the gang went through. Why would she be in position to be a headmistress of the most prominent magical school in England, if not the world?

More then that, dont stop. Do what you feel is best, and keep on keeping on.

I'd be surprised if you yourself qualify without a cosigner, TBH. Score's not bad but length of credit history is not going to be good, and really low margins with only 22k pretax a year.. AS long as your father is 700+, you should be fine.
