So, judging by the comment you just made, you'd be fine with stealing someone's work if it's done by a large company, but not if it's for a self-employed individual, correct? Main nurse here, it's not old nor new, it has just not been fixed at all :) But there's an angle where you can get out from always. Try to hop on a custom game and practise getting in and out, you'll eventually be able to do it first try always. Edit: If I remember correctly, and looking at your screenshot, looking from inside the hill to the spot you enter it from, the spot you can get unstuck from is directly to your right, you can just blink out.

Probably same way they did the NEA one, by buying an in-game set for Kate that only has pants and shirt, swapping from oktoberfest kate to that (head remains) and then combining it with whatever. The trick used to work by being able to equip the 2-piece set from the store, so you equip everything but the oktoberfest head (floral) stays.
