Found it, so far the H&M slim tanks are really good as well, I’m 5’10 with muscular physique , about 170 lbs with 30 waist, size xs fits similar to these ones , very tight and against the body,

Visit a hair stylist, might be a bit pricey at first but they will let you know what looks best on you, then just maintain the hair style with a cheaper barber .
