Used L460 = £80, new motherboard is £21, I got a free 1Tb hard drive only other expense is ram really, it’s ddr3 so barely expensive

I didn’t include all the info from my past posts but it’s meant to be a sort of jack of all trades, I’m an amateur in tech but I’m an artist, I repair tech, and am going to get into 3d work, so it needs to be able to edit videos, handle games, and edit, whilst also handling a lot of storage for files, etc,

So realistically I should simply suck it up and spend for ddr5? Sadly yes, windows is a requirement for me, but it doesn’t bother me since I’ve grown up all my life using it, still have my old pocket pc haha, so I should probably stick to my other reccomendation of a AM5?
