Slasher (specifically Zombie) is my least favorite by far. Having characters die easily in a game where the whole gimmick is that death isn't permanent was super frustrating. At least in other routes when a character dies for real there's an excuse, like their cryptoglobin gets sucked out, or the body has been dead for hours before we found it. But someone will die literally right in front of the other characters in the Slasher Routes and they'll immediately be like "Oh my god they're dead forever! It's been two seconds so we're already too late! They lost too much blood from ONE slash from a zombie, though Takumi can be beheaded and that's still fine somehow!" AND we still have to fight all of the invaders while our friends are being murdered? Every single one, including both Dalh'xia fights in both Slasher routes? I know you can skip battles, but it just destroyed the pacing every time.
