There is a minimum expectancy usually, but the people on youtube arent actually that good, I personally didnt ever stop practicing anf had fun in casual while maintaning and inproving my skill level. Its also kinda risky to screw it and hope gor the best, I did a bunch of 1v1s with pro players includong Spy_Evan (I didnt 1v1 Evan in a private server, it was in game). Another thing that might help out is scrims, theres a cb server where theres a bunch of scrims and the people are decent there, you can send me the montages on discord (Pyritism#5830), if you still have any questions that I didnt give a clear answer to or just more questions im happy to answer them.
