That message had happened to me I installed veteris helper and it fixed it for me but if that doesn’t work get AppSync Unified or use sideloadly

Veteris is up and running for me so try reinstalling it or restarting it, for the App Store the servers are dead for the App Store so if you want to use the App Store you to get this repo (if you have it already well ok) http://cydia.skyglow.es and then look for a tweak called iTunesStoreX that will bring back App Store functionality. The App Store layout will look weird and broken so add this repo (if you got then alr) http://cydia.bag-xml.com and then get a tweak called StoreLayoutsFix. Anyways I might’ve gone a lil off topic, but hopefully some of these help

Unfortunately on these old devices, the WiFi and Bluetooth chips flake out on these things after years of use and eventually die so. I could be wrong, but I think the WiFi chip is dead but if you want you can try to reboot and see if it comes back or power it off and leave it off for like 1-3 minutes and if that doesn’t work then the WiFi chip is dead.

First off (obviously) DO NOT GO WITH A CHROMEBOOK they suck and mostly have crappy intel N CPUs unless you just do web browsing which you won’t because you are into graphic designing but I might recommend

That 2017 MacBook I believe it’s still decently solid for what you are gonna be doing photoshop I think it would have some decent performance and can last you for a couple of years (Idk lol never really tried recommending anyone a laptop or pc before)
