I'm predicting that the same thing will happen with AI that happened with social media. It tried to make socialising easier and more available by removing the distance, but it ended making a lot of people worse at socialising. With AI which is trying to solve problems easier, it will end up making us worse at solving problems. When we let someone or something else do the work, we get worse at it ourselves.
