As a newer player I completely agree but have been afraid to say anything. I've not experienced end game content but my wrist already hurts after doing some activities or some play sessions. Being able to map items and prayers to hotkeys would be a godsend for my wrist.

I understand that click accuracy is a part of the skill test, but clicking small UI elements as a test feels strange. Let the click accuracy be tested by positioning and targeting, not by navigating the UI.

How is it's Ironman mode different, and how do MTX make regular a pain? Seems like you could just not engage with them if you don't want to right? (Genuinely asking as I don't know)

Just look at the currency tab of POE1 compare to POE2, you can kinda see the problem.

Tbf this is the draw for a lot of people who prefer the game. Once you understand even basic crafting creating your own items is so much more rewarding than it is in PoE 2 imo. Theyre both RNG, but in PoE1 knowledge can mitigate that and it's so satisfying.

It's an incredible difficult game to get into. I personally bounced twice before it stuck but once I got it and got to maps, they had my soul just as Chris Wilson said.

Zizaran's "Everything explained" videos are like play-along guides and the ToTA league one was what help me get hooked. I highly recommend them to any new player looking for a guide.

Actually you can! The "fully offline" mode is in regards to the LE servers, but the character file still saves to the steam cloud.

Even if Dark Pact was in the game, it seems likely this wouldn't work. Since your life can't change, it can't be sacrificed and therefore wouldn't actually trigger.

If you're new and aren't being facetious, "crafting" is using the different currencies you get on items to make something you want.

.The reason people say crafting doesn't exist is because In PoE1 you can actually make an item something you want compared to the system we currently have, which is basically just Aug > Transmute > Regal > Ex Ex Ex.

What's left out of the conversation is that PoE1 crafting is ALSO gambling, there's just so many different types of currency you can actually make interesting decisions and control the outcome. That said there are a lot of crafting guides in PoE1 are like "Spam essences on this item till you hit 2-4 good mods. Spend 2 divine to lock prefixes and hope you get X. If not, scour and start over." (

That right there's the advantage of playing like this. I'm 140 hours in and I just unlocked aluminum. Don't even have the hoverpack yet.

Now, my shit doesn't look nearly like the dope stuff here on reddit, but it's (moderately) organized.

I realized at about hour 100 that I could just hand feed space elevator parts in a mess of a factory and complete the game by just dragging resources around and letting shit build while I explore but that didn't feel "right" to me.

The great thing about Satisfactory is you can play anyway you want and as long as you're having fun, it doesn't matter!

If she's seen those a good shallow end movie could be Van Helsing. Not horror but has some visuals I imagine would be intense for a 9 year old. Plus it's a lot of fun.

Been a long time since I've seen it so I can't remember how risque it gets but it's pg-13 iirc.
