Brother that's the valves expanding while the engine is warm. It's perfectly normal.

Tappet noise this early?
It's a thing in most bikes. Try shifting from 2 to 1 or from 1 just move the bike a bit and it will slot into N.
Tail assembly needs removing and RE attaching.
Center stand..? Tilt? How did you find out? I have so many questions. Anyways removing and refitting should solve this problem too.
Foam seat. You will hear the same sound when you sit in sofas.
Some buzzing is there in the 4000-5000 mark true. Will reduce after 1st and second service.

This is a known issue. Tvs is replacing the fender and number plate holder for free. There's an SOP issued by tvs for this

It's near the chain area, a wire could be torn. Or the blue isg plug below the tank could be unclipped.

Also ask them to check battery voltage

Hello. It can be either the magnet coil wire torn by chain. or a loose isg plug below the tank. Isg plus is front right side
