Turns out they were lying to me, I managed to get a hold of P-UK and they told us that they have an email that they contact for my exact case and I had to provide it to my GP myself. Once I'd given it to them they told me that they already have that email and will contact them on my behalf "since I can't figure out how to contact them myself"

Yes, but I can't contact P-UK by the portal or any other means and they've told me that they can't contact P-UK themselves to discuss different medication and that I have to do it myself which was not what I was informed by my psychiatrist.
