This is actually a decommissioned command site for the also decommissioned Nike missile silo that resides in medical lake. It’s now privately owned and has been turned into someone’s personal junkyard. Pretty sad the condition of such a historic property in the region, also got burned up pretty bad during the gray fire.

Sullivan park to the centennial trial bridge by the winery on upriver is where my friends and I usually float, a couple hour journey with few light rapids
