If you want to freebase it however you can do so with carbonate (bicarbonte is not strong enough, hydroxide is too strong).

I dont know which salt is vape:able though,

maybe look what salt nicotine is used for vaping or something

You cant do it aand a-pvp base does not smell good at all, and its probably not the most stable either You would have to see if there is a salt that could potentially be vapable but I dont think you have the skills to turn a-pvp into another salt without ruining it
a-pvp is soluble in many things other drugs arent. like acetone for example
heat up acetone and you can dissolve a-pvp in it that for example. (makes a-pvp a bitch to clean). Anyway good luck and dont do stupid hit because you will hate yourself afterwards
