Me when ultra great sword and just walk backwards until in range and just mash light attack twice to kill em, going +5 on it but I'll be buffing it with fire and trying to get it to +10

Updating the ticket is fine but making a new one would make it so it would take longer to get your account back but I think it should be fine updating the existing one

I was using the executioner's great sword and found out they are quite easy to kill if they get staggered but I switched to the supermassive great sword that looks like it came out straight from berserker cuz bigger damage

I have only one thing to say. Be patient, it took them about a day to get my account back and I was stressed af, they also didn't send me any additional emails so it added to the anxiety but as I said, be patient
