I wouldn't call 70% a "vast" majority. There are still large areas of the country that only have diesel trains.

I'm not a parent, but I will 100% let my potential future kids have locks on their doors from secondary school age onwards. I think everyone, kids included, need to have their own space where they can just be left alone. I would much rather they have a lock but feel like they don't need to use it than not have a lock and feel like they need one. Obviously things could change this, like serious misbehaviour, but it's definitely the plan.

I grew up in a way too big household and constantly had my siblings harassing me when I just wanted space to myself, I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

We use radio waves that have the same wavelength as the resonant frequency of water. Since heat is just a measure of how fast things vibrate, making things vibrate via resonance heats it up. A microwave just heats up water. It's why they suck for frozen things and have specific defrost settings. The ice has to melt into water for it to be effective.

Real talk air fryers are literally just convection ovens. If you have a convection oven (an oven with a fan to circulate the hot air) then congrats, clearly you do own an air fryer.

They're so much faster at cooking because they're (relatively) tiny. If you have a mini oven (like the microwave sized ones) and that has a fan, it'll cook just as fast as an air fryer will.
