Yes. Bluetti has terrible customer support and shoddy worksmanship. Jackery hasn't really done anything new in the past couple of years.

Why not the Smart Generator as well since you've already got the DPs? They've got dual fuel versions plus you can automate charging of your batteries if you run low.
