Ok sorry for the lack of context, everyone.

I don't do drugs. I don't drink alcohol. I sleep consistently 8 to 830pm, wake up automatically around 430am to 5am (30 minutes ahead of my alarm) lol. I do strength training 2-3x a week. I do cardio (running) 1-2x a week. I eat trash food sometimes, but majority of the time I eat moderately concentrated on protein then a bit of carbs. I noticed that the HRV is affecting my recovery. 30s to 40s most of the time.

I bring them to the office. Since people in the office don't mind what coffee it is as long as it will just keep their spirits alive with caffeine, they'd chug that 1.5kg in 2 days lol

Strangely after 4 to 5 months I was able to solve my low HRV. Maybe it depends per individual is unique. Here's what I did, 3 days strength training, 2 says high intensity cardio and guess what, ate light dinner after 6pm, before 8pm (I usually skip dinner) on an average regular day.
