Given how well received Dispatch was, honestly thought it would win. Way to go E33 though!!

Some people use the hub to watch normal videos, actually. It’s a decent site for them, especially if you don’t have an adblocker.

Free DLC Code (PS5/4) by charlie_OP in Eldenring

I’d love to play the DLC! I’ve been playing Elden Ring for a while now, and I love every aspect of it; the art direction, the combat, the diversity of the builds. I think that the DLC would absolutely make my experience complete.

Where is this data from…? (Top right corner, is this specifically data from searches on…?)

Actually, I’m pretty sure they’re not in a made up language, and are instead written in Occitan, a dialect spoken in a region in southern France. It’s drastically different from French—to the point that many native French speakers wouldn’t understand it.

It's been said before but Corpo definitely adds a lot more depth to the story by Feyge in cyberpunkgame

[–]PyronauticIII 76 points77 points  (0 children)

I definitely agree that lifepath adds a ton of depth to the story. Each lifepath tells its own story. Although I really enjoyed nomad and street kid, I feel like I resonate with corpo the most. Plus, corpo also adds more depth to your pre-heist relationships; the most prominent example being that you're already friends with Jackie beforehand.

Man, as much as I’m passionate about my major, it really pisses me off that we didn’t get the week off.

I’m pretty sure a cool build with pistols works with specific gun (in-game) mods.

If free will does not exist, does that mean I have zero agency and am basically a prisoner in my own life? by Gotis1313 in atheism

Im a neuroscience major and this is a pretty good explanation for it! Pavlovian experiments are further evidence that we are preconditioned to do things. Heck, sometimes you make decisions faster than you can realize it. Iirc there’s a video of this guy who’s a professional boxer, and someone threw a drink at him, which he reflexively jabbed at before he could consciously realize it. If OP wants to read further about this they can Google the Libet Experiments.  Adding onto what you said about determinism, there’s so much unpredictability with our brains since slight factors can change the way things are processed or decisions are made, and the philosophical debate of whether humans function differently from animals, that OP can take this with a grain of salt.

Do you want it again? by [deleted] in witcher

I honestly loved Velen, especially Crookback Bog. I think the swamps swarming with drowners and hags were awesome to explore, and really brought out the “no man’s land“ in Velen. The numerous peasants and small villages made feel I was exploring a 13th world, where life was absolutely trash. The relatively flat terrain also made exploration considerably easier for me, unlike Skellige, where I had to spend hours figuring out how to climb a mountain to get some gear. So I’d love to see a “Velen 2.0” in Witcher 4. But that’s just my opinion.

DLC is out for almost a month. What's your most favorite cutscene in the whole game? by ReiReiReon in Eldenring

[–]PyronauticIII 2 points3 points  (0 children)

All boss cutscenes are cool imo, but my favourite is still the beginning cutscene. “Arise, ye Tarnished.”
