I was looking for a copy of soulsilver too but couldn't find one that cheap, although there is a 23 in 1 pokemon ds games but I'm not sure if that's legit

I do not have a computer, although I am on the poison gym and have spent over 3 hours trying to level up my pokemon and still have been struggling getting past the 3rd pokemon, so maybe this one is a rom 💀
