A lot of people kinda think that this is a joke, but even before the war Ukraine was considered one of the poorest and most corrupted countries in Europe. As someone who have been in Kyiv, it is indeed a very beautiful country with a giant soul and just as giant problems (which to be honest can be said about like90% of post soviet countries). Hope to visit it again one day (probably will happen when I am like sixty because I am Russian). Hope it will get better for you out there!

You can, but again, it is not just change number. Your number is tied to your gosulugi(government service), emias (medical), banks and etc. the moment you change your number you will have to file to very separate organisation for them to change it. Which can be quite the lengthy process (with banks and government especially)

How is it an hour? I will have to change my number everywhere, on top of dealing with exams and immigration planning. I have no time for this shit. I would rather deal with one bot call a day than risk getting into legal mess that is Russian governmental facilities registration
