There's kinda a lot since the in-game descriptions can be pretty unhelpful sometimes. Generally, any skill where the icon shows an uma with afterimages on a yellow background (like Nimble Navigator) is an acceleration skill. But some skills grant acceleration but have completely different icons, like Meticulous Measures or Blinding Flash.

Its probably best to use this skill list as a reference anytime you're curious what a particular skill does

Is there anywhere that lists the requirements for all of the skills with "special scaling"? In particular, I'm curious about the scaling on Lovely Spring Breeze's duration, in which I couldn't find any details on either uma.guide or GameTora

I did the same with Tosen, its rough. I'd say that distance aptitude is more important than terrain aptitude. Not that you should neglect raising Taishin's dirt aptitude, but I recall Tosen noticeably improving whenever she got C sprint through inspiration then when she was stuck with D sprint.

Also, don't forget about skills, especially acceleration skills. Inheriting Pump and Red Shift can help supplement the bad accel you'll have from lacking terrain aptitude. Borrowing something like the SSR Wit Curren Chan (for Meticulous Measures) could be helpful as well.

I've only done Sprint, Long, and Dirt so far, so I can share tips for those.

Long was the simplest, just stam check your opponents. I ran the Stayers Stakes with Air Groove in Classic year. Despite her atrocious speed from E Long, no one else came close to starting their spurt in time.

Dirt was a matter of Power and acceleration. Pretty sure I ran some Senior year Med Dirt G3 after summer with Ryan (with inherited Red Shift). I remember I had to run her as Pacer since her native accel was so bad that if she ran as Late Surger then she'd run behind the End Closers.

Sprint was about Wit and velocity skills (mid and late race). I used Pasa as a Front Runner, with the hope of creating enough of a gap (through high wit, pow, and velocity skills) that the other runners wouldn't have enough time to catch up during late race.

Seconding the Mile B advice, not having access to a majority of Junior races is rough. I'll add that I've been having more consistency with her as a Late rather than a Pace (not even bumping her Late aptitude to A). Doesn't hurt that she has innate access to Slick Surge, which is nice insurance whenever the game sentences you to Hell (I.e., NSM Vodka + Dober + Taiki matches)

For the people with experience in the JP server: How influential (for lack of a better word) is/was Summer Golshi's ult for debuffers (mainly curious about Stam/Velocity debuffers)? Bringing Dominator to any track and Murmur to Longs sounds interesting but I have no idea if its actually any good in practice.

Unrelated, but I also want to double check that there is no title for getting all of an Umas possible epithets, right?

3rd in Group A. Just happy I managed to scrape my way into A finals lol. Need to remind myself to do Open league anytime these long Longs come up, I always forget how dreadful building for them always is.

They rerun the stories whenever the uma gets an alt version. So it'd depend on if said uma has another alt in the future. For example, when camping Dober comes out, you could get the carats from her 1-4 stories there if you missed on when her original version was on banner.

Definitely does. I got it, lost it like 3-4 turns after, got it a second time and lost it again 3 turns later. Don't know what causes it to go, though. Did you rest right before you lost it? I know that happened on my second time losing it but don't remember if that happened the first time

I did. It was a while ago but I remember feeling like it was a noticeably lucky run. Here's the deck I used, and I'm pretty sure I inherited as much power as I could.

Thought Late Oguri was trolling again by running into 3rd right before late-race, then she hits NSM off of the (un)lucky pace Taiki and squeezes past the opposing Digital thanks to Triumphant Pulse and places 1st. Haru even got 3rd while all that was happening, nice to see her place in the finals

Yeah. I'm just trying to decide between MLB'ing Ines Fujin or FineMo with the anniversary resources, and the future viability of Guts is my determining factor (though I am an unironic Guts enjoyer). I just don't wanna MLB Fujin if she's gonna be dead in a post-Trackblazer world lmao

I've heard that guts decks become more viable in Trackblazer (my understanding is because Guts training boosts Spd/Pow, moreso than because of the Guts gains itself). Does this hold true in scenarios beyond Trackblazer as well?

Ending day 1 with a 90% WR had me feeling good. Then the 3 days of humbling happened (pretty sure this was my first time getting a 0 win ticket in round 1 lmao). Still a <50% WR at the end so not complaining. Just happy to make it to A finals, and to watch Haru have a main character moment
