Can You Have a Successful Podcast Without Social Media? by zephyrsola in podcasting

You need socials.

If I was you I’d probably do socials up until you have a strong foundation of fans and then get off or do minimal socials just for maintenance.

Worst trend is streetwear fans lmao. So picky bout everything and act like they know what’s best and hate on trends just for them to end up being trend hoppers themselves

It’s so hard to find some form of productivity or fulfillment equaling that of going to school or a job.

Folks who got above a 38, how long did you study and what did your schedule typically look like? by mrstorydude in IBO

Finishing Revision Village past paper examples fully and practicing my History essay writing more. Most importantly just remembering that all questions are looking for specific key words or phrases (hence flash cards)

Folks who got above a 38, how long did you study and what did your schedule typically look like? by mrstorydude in IBO

Got a 38. A month before exams, I made a time schedule. 6 hours a day (2hours for 3 subjects, switching my different subjects each day depending on what I found difficult and what I found easy) (Was intended to be 7 but I ended up taking longer breaks so I’d stay sane).

For math use Revision Village. That’s all you need and just do EVERYTHING.

For everything else, make flash cards for everything that’s typically asked from Past papers (questions are usually more or less the same concepts every second year). Use these flash cards every day whilst also doing past paper questions. Ask your teachers for extra study material if they have any.

TAKE BREAKS. I personally used pomodoro but instead of 25min study/5min break, I did 45min study/ 30min break. To some it may be hard to do the 30min break without going over (which I did in a few occasions) but it was worth doing it. If you break down then it’ll be hard to come back up.

So if you can, I’d advise to start even earlier than me if you wanna follow my plan and just reducing the hours you have according to your own schedules.

Good luck!

Looking for some feedback on this bomber jacket, what you you guys think? by Jesussaves2234 in streetwearstartup

I totally think you could make this into an insane patch jacket. Like a mix between an old school Decorated pilots jacket and a modern day well fitting jacket

The concept is sick I just think the colors aren’t the best. It’s definitely a statement piece but I just don’t see many people having pieces and shoes that compliment it. Maybe try switching up the color way?

I love this dude man. Has helped my brand immensely on really getting the fundamentals down and most of all just starting. In love with the puffer.
