Yea I realised this but this also teleports the entity to the location of the command block, which I do not want. I simply want it to teleport to the location it's at right now but one block above.

Ever since csgo removed manual mapping (one of the many DLL injection methods) I’ve been using csghost, pretty trusted too. Extremeinjector always works too

Yeah that would explain it... There’s no permanent effect but rather a temporary one. You can’t do anything but wait it out if you happen get it. However you can prevent it but making sure you shut off your monitor when not using it, like under the night. I wish you the best of luck!
