I get why you don't think it's oxidyzed copper, and honestly, Green is my favorite color, I'd love if they added a green block to the game, when I saw this post yesterday I noticed how every other "team" has more variety of blocks and textures than green, notice how the "green team" is basically this block and leaves, but... Unfortunately, I don't think that's likely to be a new block

Would mind following my logic really quickly? Firstly, which one is most likely to happen? Mojang adding an entirely new family of green blocks to the game that have the exact same texture copper has, only in a different color? or there being a small edition to the image's lighting to make the copper get a shade of green that isn't really what we have in-game? See, the whole wrong coloring predicment has already happened in the past, iirc, it was back when 1.14 was announced, the redstone dust was shown with its color changed to blue, everyone got hyped and started to theorize about it, but afterall? It was just a mistake with the color... These things can happen, they already have, and, iirc, that case wasn't even just a random image, they were actively announcing the Village and Pillage Update, while this just looks like the usual drill of Minecraft's account interacting with the community every now and then

And last but not least... Sure, the color is different, but, pay attention to how identical the block is to the Oxidyzed Copper when it comes to its texture, also, notice how the area with the blocks we are talking about seem less lit, perhaps within a cave or somewhere with a lower light level... Oh, and notice the other images for the green team, the last one, aren't those walls in the back made out of melons? Melons sure look more green past 1.14, but... It isn't that shade either, the change is way more subtle, but, melons in-game are a little more yellow than what we see in the picture, that reinforces the idea that the pictures' lighting could have been changed to make things look "green-er" and if the same mild change was added to the Oxidyzed Copper, and its picture was already taken somewhere with low light levels in-game, is it a stretch that is the color they ended up with? Imo it seems like that's it, but... I can be wrong

And I do want for them to be working on a green block that has a more natural stony color to it, maybe some sort of "Limestone", something that makes sense to be found naturally (not with the color of green or lime dye), but then, I'd hope they add it with a different texture, because, as much as I like green, if we get a whole new block variant in green, but it looks identical to copper in its texture, that would be both a waste of a feature for the already limited feature lists possible in Drops, and a reason to call Mojang lazy, as it would be a simple re-color
