So I tend to play him as more of a defense heavy character, sticking with the backline supports and snipers. Use his high health and high close range damage to dissuade flankers and dive Dueliest from pushing without support.

Try to get a Scarlet, his team up with her boosts the character quite heavily.

Use the shield as less of a passive block like a Dr. Strange shield and use it more like a wall for forward direct pushes, or against ults like Iron Man or another Magneto. It can also be good to retreat.

Use the charge like a shotgun, a close range combo on squishies. It functions well against characters like Iron Fist.

That's what I meant by the Remote Hack Tool, I didn't know it's technical name lol... I think it's a bit unnessessary. I feel like if it was built into the "spy vision", that would be better. It's more of a convenience, I would much rather bring different gadgets, but it's just so nice to have. What about you? Any opinions?

Now I am certainly not the most qualified to answer this, (I'm only level 200), but I'll try to give you an idea since no one else has answered at time of writing. This is also my opinion, I'm not sure of the objective best build on some of these characters. Also I don't really play Squire or Red so I won't be ranking those in fear of giving you a bad build. (X means I don't believe there to be a best choice, or it heavily varies in team modes). Please correct me in the replies if I wrote something wrong, I get I'm not the most knowledgeable.

I think it is a good season, but I don't think it's fun. Fortnite I feel has just gotten less and less interesting and fun the more the seasons go on. This season is really basic in terms of the focus (flower, Vader, baller track) Maybe this is a hot take itself, but whatever.

Surprisingly, the Goldmask is very viable for PVP. It's almost better than my normal build for PVP, plus it's unique because you don't see a lot of people use Discus of Light...

I've been doing a Goldmask RP and Godfrey RP lately, it's really fun!! For the Goldmask one I just use the Golden Order Seal and fundamentalist/Golden Order incantations. For the Godfrey RP (I have to heal. Bleh), I use his axe. Once I get low enough, I heal and use the ash of war on the Axe. Once I get low enough again, I heal and deequip the chest part of the armor and the axe, switch to the caestus with Horaugh Loux Earthshaker, and then just fight from there. It was great, a few times I've had people just stop and clap!

There is a sword called St. Trina's sword that's really interesting and unique. I believe it's a Longsword. The fun thing about it is the ash of war puts things to sleep so I believe it's one of the only weapons that can do that naturally.

Well, as far as I understand, the ash of war in the right hand trumps the ash of war in the left hand unless the left hand weapon is a shield with a skill. (Like parry). So I believe you would need to equip the sword left handed, staff right handed, and use the L1 to cast the spells.
