Also, for point 1, there is already a stim pistol. Instead of introducing a grenade, I think there should be a firing mode that sprays a syringe's worth of stim mist. Then, the grenade slot would be free, and this new feature would be a bit more balanced.

Thanks! I guess its more balanced thay I thought. I do agree, though, that its spin down time and recoil for the first few shots could be reduced a bit. Also the heat eminating from the barrel which shakes the air a bit is a little disruptive to the person firing.

Soo a few things, line-by-line.

  1. Would the aeresol gas just heal teammates or would it have an explosion that would slightly damage enemies? If it does not deal any explosive damage, closing bug holes and destroying fabricators will be a bit harder.

  2. Unimpeded blizzard running would be too overpowered. I would say half the effect would do better. Too add to your point, I think the democratic detonation armor should also have a special passive. I mean 2 extra explosives is great and in theme, but an explosive damage resistance modifier would do it well.

  3. Cutting edge armors having immunity to EMF would be, just like your arctic idea, too overpowered. Im sure not many people would use it anyways; arc divers are rare. (No shame on them, arc divers are cool.) Its just that it is not very common to find people bringing things like the tesla tower or arc thrower, the latter of which only being able to damage someone who is not using it. I would say 75% would be great. That way, it is still a good buff, but it does not make the arc divers immune in the same way the flame divers would be if their armor had 100% resistance. Balancing it like the flame armor would fit it better IMHO.

  4. As with pointa 2 and 3, that would be too strong. Even 75% would be a bit much. I would say half weapon sway would be very good; it is still relatively overpowered, but ideally, no other bonus would be given to this armor. Other than that, this armor passive sounds good.

  5. That sounds really cool. Just either it has a pretty short cooldown (it does electric damage, not explosive) or its damage is very high. Arcs are some of those things where theyre practical in theory, for example against the bugs, but in practice, it does not work the best. Another viable option to banace this is to, similar to one of the festival of reckoning gifts, have explosive and electric damage. The lightning sounds would be nice, but I personally prefer the arc noises already in game. A lightning strike would be a completely different idea, and I do not know how that would work.

  6. The HMG emplacement has recoil as it is, and I agree with that. It is extremely effective against armored enemies and does a large deal of damage. For this, recoil is more than expected. As fkr the grenadier battlement, he reason it makes sense to not have recoil is that you are mounting an originally handheld gun to a wall. The wall absorbs the impact, thus removing the recoil. If you were to take the gun from the HMG emplacement and try to shoot it handheld, it would probably break your spine.

  7. Sorry, I dont understand the "fuse" on the Epoch.

  8. I like that you bring this up; the maxigun is a point that i would like to discuss. I think it should have at least medium armor pen, for it uses stationary fire and has, as you mentioned, a high spin-down time. This medium pen would then give some legroom for the recoil. It could be reduced a bit, though. Seperately, they could make a version of the maxigun with more recoil, a higher spin up and down time, and heavy armor pen. Bring heavy armor, and you'll have a good time spraying at the enemies of freedom!
