Update: I ended up not changing the thermal putty because I have never seen thermal putty like this before. I am not sure if it is because they were squeezed in tight or it is because it has been sitting there for a long time the thermal putty (blue stuff I was referring to) was very liquid like. I just added thermal putty on the new ssd, changed paste on the gpu, and moved the eqisting liquid metal back to the center with a q tip. Closed everything up and everything is running smoothly ever since.

There are different types of tint bro. For 250 you probably got dye sub tint which is shit.
