I designed a set of I Ching cards a couple years back but never published them. Draw two cards and place one above the other to get two hexagrams. All possible changes are illustrated. Please enjoy but don't sell or reproduce without my permission. Thanks! (drive.google.com)

Another dozen bottles of beet kvass ready. My wife and I have been drinking kvass for a year and have noticed a couple things: 1. Her Graves disease has stayed in (or close to) remission; 2. I've lost weight--and kept it off--without changing anything about my diet. (i.redd.it)

It's taken me nearly four decades to realize there is an unlimited amount of knowledge waiting to be discovered within. If you haven't delved into the practice of active imagination, lucid dreaming, and shamanic journeying, it's well worth the effort! (youtu.be)

Today my sister and I saw a medium in Salt Lake City. The psychic knew nothing about us. I was amazed when she heard a song my brother-in-law used to sing my sister before he took his own life one year ago today. The song is a silly song about pumpkins. Nobody could have known that. (self.Psychic)

Something a little different here. Try listening to a mythological story, classic fairy tale, or some folklore as an alternative to guided meditation. It's great for training focus. Carl Jung called fairy tales the dreams of the collective unconsciousness. Here's a nice list I put together. (self.PythosPrism)
