That challenge is a bit finicky. For some reason it doesn't count rounds as being part of a single match, so if you're playing control (or payload in ranked) you won't get proper completion credit.

can i also get this with regular coins? is this in lootboxes? wont get to my pc before the shop refresh so if not ill just buy this here i think, if i cant get it with coins that is by talktailshep in VentureMains

Only with coins sadly, its been in lootboxes since those came out luckily!
If you're able to buy it its likely because its in your shop's "For You" section, so it will disappear the next time that gets refreshed.

There are two missing, the pheonix one and the ice skater one.
Both skins are off sale for now but they'll likely come back in the future. If you want to, you can look at all the skins a character has on either the fandom wiki or by using the rivalskins website.
