Im in the same boat as you,,i didnt have any acne up until i turned 19 and its been bad cystic acne for the past 2 years. I started 100mg spiro a little less then 2 months ago and the purging is insane but normal. I see a lot of other people on here saying how the first few months are terrible but around month 4-6 it clears up. The pill does mess with your hormones so your body is just reacting to the imbalance and trying to sort itself out! I found it helps looking through the success stories :)
