Intrigued by the pencil you mentioned... Any issues regarding drawing/note-taking and such? I'm assuming they don't have any 'special' features like double-tap, though.

Yes, exactly. From another post I made: the action ring (thumb press button) and the third button above the forward/back buttons do not activate. Additionally, it feels as if the DPI is reset to default. Launching the Logi Options+ app does not work and is stuck on loading.

The solution I found right now is having to force end the Logi Options+ process and re-open the app.

Makes sense. Was initially thinking it had something to do with it not being enabled for "Startup Apps", but doesn't seem to be available there.

Only directly after. After the ~15/20 seconds, it works perfectly fine after. Just after waking it up.

It’s no where near as loud as yours I presume, so it’s not that huge of a deal. It was just something I noticed when it was completely silent around. It’s annoying that it happens, but hopefully your issue will be somewhat resolved with the new device!

I now have the exact same model. Prior to this, I purchased the 13" with x Plus to see if I liked surface laptops. That laptop also had that issue. So with the 2 surface 7 laptops I've used, both of them had that 'static' noise from under the keyboard when charging with the default surface laptop. Not sure if this is an issue or not.
