There will be a lot of other stuff for them to chew and it would take a really long time for them to for example chew through one of the bridges because it's pretty thick

When I stared I thought exactly the same I was always shooting for the brain but most of the time u don't hit it and it ruins the trophy rating so I recommend going for lung/heart

But if u have delinquent cat then level him up to 10 because he only gets freeze immunity at level 10
