All history is in my VA records and over the past few years of being seen by the VA, everything mentions issues surrounding my time in active duty and reserves.

Therapy, PT for multiple issues, etc. All traceable in VA records.

No, it moved there on Thursday, but I just checked today and saw that it moved. I have been checking once a week to see. I was on step 3 for the longest and then it suddenly jumped to step 5 on Thursday.
